We want to recognise you and celebrate how you are making life easier for your agents and customers – that’s why we have created the livepro Customer Knowledge Management Awards! This blog post is a little walk-through to demonstrate how easy it is to submit your application to win one of this year’s awards with some handy hints!

It shouldn’t take any longer than 15 minutes to complete your submission, if you get stuck we have some examples below to walk you through the process.

Example One: The Perfect Answer in a Nutshell

The judges are looking for content that is used in your contact centre/admin team that helps answer real life customer questions.

Handy hint: Pick the best piece of knowledge you have in your livepro site (or, if you can’t decide – your top 3).

You want to create your submission within the judging criteria for the best chance at winning. The judging criteria for ‘The Perfect Answer in a Nutshell’ is:

  • Easy to read
  • Easy to understand and
  • Actually answers a question

So, for this award category you would submit something similar to the images we have captured here:

Handy hint: Think of a common customer question and then pick the answer that is the easiest to find answer in your livepro site.

The winning submission will be:

  • Easy for users to find
    • A top ranking search result
    • Linked from other content using and via related or content links
    • Clear search summary
    • Robust collection of keywords attached
  • Easy to understand, and
  • Actually answers a question
